In this meeting, the district managers reported the market situation in the first half of 2023, the growth of equipment maintenance and engineers' technology, the difficulties faced, and the work plan for the second half of the year; Business, spare parts and warehouse, outreach and publicity, human resources and other departments made a comprehensive summary of the work in the first half of the year. Next, the Marketing Director gave a detailed report on the results of the first half of 2023, an in-depth analysis of the current market challenges and opportunities, and made an outlook on the market situation in the second half of the year. The technical director reported in detail the personnel training, technical team construction and new model research in the first half of 2023. Finally, the general manager of operations gave full recognition to the achievements achieved in the first half of 2023, praised the spirit of sincere unity and overcoming difficulties of the staff, and also put forward higher requirements and deployment for the work in the market, technology and spare parts in the second half of the year. In the course of the meeting, the problems and difficulties raised by everyone were exchanged and discussed, and the solutions were preliminarily discussed.
