From October 20 to 22, 2023, the fourth technical seminar of Ruipi Medical hosted by the Eastern Soviet District was successfully held in Jinan, where technical managers and technical support engineers from various districts gathered together in the spirit of "such as cutting and grinding, such as grinding", to learn from each other and make common progress in exchange and discussion.

This seminar welcomed five new technical support engineers. After self-recommendation and strict selection by the company, they successfully joined the technical support team. Their participation has injected fresh blood into the team and promoted the further improvement of the company's technical strength.

After three iterations, the workshop deeply focused on key issues and closely combined with the practice of actual maintenance work, making it more targeted and instructive. At the meeting, experienced engineers shared the common problems of some models, as well as the thinking and solutions for frequent failures, and also introduced the application of daily tools and software, document retrieval and archiving methods, and self-management skills. These sharing will highly condense the rich operational experience into a "methodology" for reference, and achieve the learning purpose of "teaching fish is better than teaching fish". This is the key to the innovation of this seminar, and everyone said that the harvest is greater than the previous three sessions.

1. During the seminar

At the beginning of the seminar, the guests had in-depth discussions on the maintenance difficulties of different models, and combined with deep learning methods to solve the pain points. The technical general managers of each district expressed their opinions and shared specific cases and solutions, which helped to improve everyone's ability to master cross-model maintenance, broaden their technical vision, and enhance their business capabilities.

As the saying goes, "Thinking without learning is perilous; learning without thinking is lost." At the end of each maintenance work, through the method of review and summary, we can not only learn lessons, but also find out the omissions and remedy them, so as to improve their shortcomings. At the seminar, Rugong introduced in detail the importance of maintenance duplication and shared some practical duplication techniques and tools. He called on everyone to comprehensively summarize the key points and precautions in the maintenance process to continuously improve the efficiency and quality of maintenance.

Zhang Hong, Deputy Director of the Marketing Department, made a report on "how to enhance the assistance between the technical department and the Marketing Department" and put forward some suggestions. He believes that the technology department and the market department should strengthen communication and establish an information sharing platform, so that the two sides can better collaborate, so that they can timely make reasonable adjustments and coordination, and provide better solutions for users.

At the end of the seminar, the participants had a heated discussion on the topic of "what qualities and abilities are required for good technical support personnel". On the one hand, we believe that excellent technical support personnel should first have solid professional knowledge and skills, especially familiar with the principle, operation and maintenance of medical imaging technology; On the other hand, they should also have good communication skills and team spirit, and work effectively with medical staff and technical teams to solve problems together; In addition, we should also have patience, care and responsibility, treat every technical support request seriously, have the will to fight to overcome difficulties, and provide customers with high-quality services.

Luo Gong, general manager of operation, highly recognized the opinions expressed by everyone, and once again emphasized that medical imaging technology has a good development prospect in his speech, and pointed out that training talent team is crucial to the future development of the company.

You technical masters not only in the discussion meeting, but also in the field is to show a strong posture and flexible playing style, presented a wonderful game.
